Movement Fridays are a space to reconnect with your body, breath, and energy.
Each 30-minute session combines movement, breathwork, and ritual to help you reset and energize for the day ahead.
Most Fridays will focus on dynamic practices — breathwork, yoga, strength, and core work — with occasional slower, more meditative sessions woven in.
Expect a mix of grounding, activation, and flow.
All levels are welcome.
No two classes are exactly the same, but every session is designed to meet you with supportive, accessible practices.
